Esalen® Massage and Meditation
With Peggy Horan
In this short gathering, we come together to explore how touch, meditation, and heartfelt connection belong to one shared practice. It is a space to meet one another with openness, curiosity, and care.
Peggy invites the group into a gentle field of awareness — a place where embodiment, breath, and touch naturally support each other. She speaks of meditation and Esalen Massage as two expressions of the same essence: quiet attention, steady presence, and the willingness to listen.
During these 3.5 hours, participants are guided into simple meditative practices that help the body settle and the mind soften. From this grounded state, the giving and receiving of touch becomes more spacious, more honest, and more attuned.
There is room for shared reflection: how meditation informs our contact, how touch deepens our capacity to be present, and how both practices help us return to ourselves. Peggy holds the space with warmth and humility, inviting a collective exploration rather than a set technique.
This session is a time to remember what happens when we gather as a small sangha — sitting together, touching with kindness, and speaking from the heart.
You are warmly invited to join this circle of presence, touch, and quiet reflection.
